Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-5 business days (for some rings and exceptional items we need more time, usually 1-2 weeks). When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
All orders are shipped from Ukraine via UkrPoshta (Ukraine’s National Post) by air (a lot faster than standard). Your parcel will be Tracked, unless this option is unavailable in your country. Please note, that the actual delivery of your package is out of our control once we have submitted it to UkrPoshta. We cannot guarantee delivery for specific dates, since it may be vary depending on destination and customs delay.
