Returns & Exchanges

At Norse Wolves, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, that’s why we offer easy and simple returns. So, if you are unhappy with your order or your jewelry not quite the right size, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. To claim a return or exchange, please email support@norsewolves.com or contact us with your order number, photo and why you would like to return it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (without scratches or alterations). It must also be in the original packaging and safely packaged.

You must pay for the cost of shipping the item back to us for return or exchange, unless it was due to our mistake.

Once your return is received and checked, we will start a refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first contact your bank directly as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them. If you still have not received your refund yet, please email support@norsewolves.com or contact us.
